Nate Kogler, MBA

Nate Kogler has 24+ years of professional experience at the intersection of product innovation, the regulatory landscape, and business leadership in the commercial plumbing, washroom, and safety equipment industries. His passion is helping manufacturers turn regulatory complexity into competitive advantage. Mr. Kogler is Immediate Past Chair of the International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA) and a past President of Plumbing Manufacturers International (PMI)

Nate Kogler is Chief Operating Officer of Regulosity LLC, where he leads day-to-day operations and partners with clients on the most consequential regulatory and standards questions facing their businesses. He brings a combination uncommon in consulting: hands-on experience at the intersection of product innovation and development, the regulatory landscape, and business leadership and execution — built across more than 24 years inside the industry.

Before joining Regulosity in late 2024, Mr. Kogler spent his career at Bradley Corporation, the Wisconsin-based manufacturer of commercial plumbing fixtures, washroom accessories, and emergency safety equipment. He joined in 2001, and advanced through every level of the product organization, ultimately serving as Vice President of Products & Engineering. Over more than two decades, he led product strategy, innovation, and new-product development — guiding the introduction of award-winning Bradley product lines including Verge with WashBar and the Elvari Washroom Accessories Collection, recognized by ADEX, GOOD DESIGN, Red Dot, IIDA/HD Expo, and Best of NeoCon. As an executive, he also managed Bradley’s corporate intellectual property portfolio and represented the company in industry forums. He is a named inventor on patents covering capacitive sensing technology for washroom fixtures.

Mr. Kogler is the immediate Past Chair of the Board of Trustees of the International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA), the trade association for personal protective and safety equipment, whose member companies protect more than 125 million American workers. An ISEA Trustee since 2015, he served as the association’s first-ever Treasurer beginning in 2019 and as Chair for two consecutive terms (2024–2025), and he remains an active leader within the organization.

Through his ISEA work, Mr. Kogler has been a consistent voice in Washington on issues affecting the safety equipment industry, engaging Congress and federal agencies on workplace safety, OSHA and NIOSH funding, the Respirator Approval Program, and trade and tariff policy. In each of these areas, he advocates for a practical, evidence-based industry voice in federal policy decisions.

He is also a past President of Plumbing Manufacturers International (PMI), the trade association representing North American plumbing product manufacturers, where he has been a steady advocate for the plumbing industry on water efficiency, product safety, and trade.

Mr. Kogler holds an MBA from Penn State University and a BBA in Marketing and Management from Wisconsin Lutheran College. He is based in Milwaukee.

At Regulosity, his focus is helping manufacturers turn regulatory complexity and market challenges into clear, defensible decisions — and into a real competitive advantage in markets where the regulatory environment shapes what reaches the customer.
